● 負(fù)壓式前緣送紙機(jī)構(gòu)，超越送紙機(jī)構(gòu)對紙箱的抗壓沒有損失。
● 碰線機(jī)構(gòu)采用伺服電機(jī)獨立驅(qū)動，使機(jī)器整體運轉(zhuǎn)更協(xié)調(diào)穩(wěn)定。
● 紙板傳送機(jī)構(gòu)采用負(fù)壓式全程吸附機(jī)構(gòu)，對紙板的曲翹要求低，使紙板的傳送更平穩(wěn)。
● 風(fēng)機(jī)及送紙電機(jī)采用變頻控制，省電30%。吸風(fēng)風(fēng)量大小可任意調(diào)節(jié)。
● 擋規(guī)采用伺服電機(jī)上移控制且整體擋板，并有微調(diào)機(jī)構(gòu)，使碰線更精準(zhǔn)。
● 整機(jī)電器機(jī)構(gòu)采用西門子PLC（電腦）編程控制，觸摸屏顯示設(shè)定排單尺寸，電動調(diào)整精度誤差±0.5MM。
● 操作界面采用前后觸摸屏，使操作更方便快捷。
● 整機(jī)采用四個伺服電機(jī)經(jīng)電腦協(xié)調(diào)控制，使機(jī)器更穩(wěn)定可靠，省卻部分機(jī)械傳動，使機(jī)器無
機(jī)械能磨損，大大增加了機(jī)器的使用壽命。
